A customer from the electronics industry came to Technimetal Precision Industries Corporation to fabricate a fan assembly that was to be used within an automatic pick and place machine. We used our Amada laser to laser cut the sheet metal plates and the enclosure. After bending and assembly, we completed all the wiring, wire crimping, painting and powder coating.

Thanks to our industry-leading manufacturing and inspection team, Technimetal, not only fabricated 300-400 pieces per year, but also utilized our Just In Time (J.I.T.) delivery program to make sure the fan assemblies arrived at the customer's New York location in a timely fashion.
